Talk to anyone running a diet practice in India and you find the same stack: a WhatsApp group for clients, a spreadsheet for plans, a paper form for intake, and a notebook for who paid. It works right up until the second branch, the tenth staff member, or the first time someone asks where a client's medical history is actually stored.

Encrypted where it counts
Medical conditions, medications, allergies, food preferences and surgical history are encrypted with AES-256 before they are written to disk.
Isolation the database enforces
One business cannot read another’s data, and that is a Postgres row-level security policy rather than a promise about our application code. A query for someone else’s records returns nothing.
Every medical view is logged
Opening a health record writes an audit entry. Share links expire, can be revoked, and email the sender when they are opened.
No patient data in our emails
Notification emails tell you a submission arrived; they never carry its contents. Our email provider never receives a client name, contact detail or health answer, and an automated test fails the build if that stops being true.
